No GPS? How to get there: Take Route 33 out of Columbus, exit at OH-93 in Logan, turning left (south) to McArthur. Turn right onto OH-50 in downtown McArthur; after traveling several hundred yards take a left onto Spring Street and continue for over a mile out of town. Take a left at Depue (unmarked) at the intersection on the top of the hill, continue 0.6 mile to Lake Road (right fork) then 1.4 mile to Treebeards (35037 Lake Road, 45634).

PAST EVENT? COME TO THE VINTON COUNTY GATHERING. Take me, To your cabin, To the place I'm dreaming of ... Camping, picnicking, swimming, vegetarian fare, catch and release fishing, corn and beer provided. Bring your musical instruments, memories and food to share.

Friday: Early birds settle in and pitch a tent. Renew acquaintances and meet new friends. Saturday: Noon - Inner tube rolling contest. Afternoon-swimming, live music, memories and vegetarian potluck. After dark - bonfire and sky lantern ceremony in memory of friends no longer with us. Midnight swim (at 11 PM!) Sunday: Blueberry pancake breakfast. Afternoon and early evening - break camp and fond farewells.
